Timereaction is a collaborative workflow platform run by an agency in Montreal, Canada. They work with small and midmarket businesses, primarily in IT, providing UC and supply chain consulting.
Timereaction implemented a custom system that managed communication and tracked the production progress for a manufacturing company. Their product also created alerts when the client’s tasks were behind schedule. The new system implemented by Timereaction streamlined communication and reduced the resources and time it took the client to produce a given product.
