Industrie Reply worked with an international organization that manufactures smart chargers for electric vehicles. The company had been managing their business solely with spreadsheets and required assistance to integrate their systems into a sophisticated SAP system. Industrie Reply combined the company's electronic data interchange (EDI) with all transactions and connected it to two different legacy systems to create a seamless operation. Despite a temporary halt due to the company's internal shifts in priorities, the project was successful in ensuring no shipments were sent incorrectly or to the wrong address.

In another project, Industrie Reply provided software development staff augmentation for ENEL X, an energy services provider. The goal was to increase the number of software engineers available to the company. Industrie Reply successfully integrated their team members into ENEL X's teams, working primarily on AWS technology in Java, Python, and R. The partnership began in July 2020 and is still ongoing, with a total investment of about $4 million.

Industrie Reply was also engaged by a large equipment manufacturing company to develop their CRM and e-commerce platforms for B2B and B2C clients. Industrie Reply used their expertise in CRM to set up the company's platform on Microsoft Dynamics, helping to drive business cases and identify requirements. They were involved in not only the development but also the operation, providing 24/5 support to end users. The project, which ran from May 2017 to June 2020, was a success, with a total investment of between $1 million and $5 million.
