Sciant (part of Sirma Group)

Sciant was hired by RobosizeMe to develop a cloud-based middleware solution for their Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system. The solution was designed to process booking data, manage rates from various PMS systems, and handle deposits and settlements of payments. Sciant's team, which included an industry consultant, a technical lead, and a software engineer, developed the middleware infrastructure and integrated it with Oracle Opera Cloud, Maestro PMS, and MEWS. They also built custom REST connectors to connect with other PMS systems. The solution effectively captured errors and made them available to the RobosizeMe team via their Oracle APEX based technical support portal.

Sciant also partnered with Peoplevine to expand their hospitality cloud service. The project involved scoping, business requirements development, domain consulting, and strategy development. The team from Sciant, which varied between 2-3 resources depending on the task, helped Peoplevine integrate their platform with best-in-class industry solutions. The project followed a streamlined design/develop/deploy cycle and the Sciant team was flexible in bringing in the appropriate expertise as needed.

Cendyn LLC contracted Sciant for cloud consulting and development services aimed at strengthening their hospitality products and offerings. Sciant's team, consisting of 6-10 employees, integrated smoothly into Cendyn's processes and became an extension of their internal team. The Sciant team delivered the integrations on time and on budget, and also provided necessary supporting documentation and outstanding post-delivery support. The collaboration involved bi-weekly meetings for progress updates and product demos.
