Zyntro Digital

Zyntro Digital was hired by the founder of an event management company to design a portal for events management. The project involved creating a customer-facing website for finding events and multi-user portals for administrators, clients, and customers. The Zyntro Digital team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was selected based on their proximity to the client's geographic location and a referral. The main challenge was to design an intuitive and engaging user interface that caters to the diverse needs of its three main user groups. Zyntro Digital delivered a well-structured and visually appealing portal with distinct user flows for administrators, customers, and organizers. The design focused on accessibility, usability, and scalability, providing seamless navigation, rich feature sets, and user-friendly interaction to enhance the event planning and participation experience. The deliverable was Figma designs. The client found Zyntro Digital through an online search and a referral. The client chose Zyntro Digital over others due to their close geographic location and the referral.
