Zpoken was hired by CallWay, a contact center service provider, to develop an AI voice bot to replace their contact center operators. The goal was to reduce call traffic and increase coverage during peak hours. Zpoken was selected for their experience in developing AI solutions. The project involved the integration of a conversational voice bot to the contact center's IP telephony using the MRCP protocol. The bot was able to receive calls and correctly recognize ride requests. The three-person team from Zpoken comprised a project manager, a machine learning engineer, and an integration specialist.

Premium, a global financial news service, engaged Zpoken for a project involving low latency natural language processing of unstructured regulatory filings. Zpoken was chosen for their background, price, and experience. The scope of work involved taking unstructured text and extracting relevant data to create information for the newsroom. This project was handled by a two-person team from Zpoken, consisting of a project manager and a developer.

Zpoken was hired by Edge Capital, an IT services company, for a web development and UI/UX design project. The company found Zpoken through a referral and chose them for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. The project involved gathering requirements, designing the user interface and user experience, developing the platform using the latest web3 technologies, testing the platform, and deploying it. The key deliverable was a fully functional Web3 portfolio tracking and risk management platform that allows for LP reporting on a weekly and monthly basis. The platform was developed using technologies such as Web3.js, Solidity, Rust, and GraphQL. The Zpoken team for this project consisted of 6-10 employees.
