Zorya Analytics

Zorya Analytics was hired by Formitopia, a multidisciplinary design and technology studio, for their expertise in Power BI and data analytics. The aim was to consolidate financial, project management, and CRM data into a streamlined Power BI model. The scope of work included establishing a Power BI data model, creating relationships and transformations using Power Query and DAX, and developing dashboards to track project performance, profitability, timelines, client patterns, and resource allocation.

Zorya Analytics successfully analyzed approximately five years of project and operational data across multiple sources. The project resulted in a fully functional Power BI model connected to Formitopia's historical datasets, interactive dashboards highlighting key performance indicators, and a comprehensive year-over-year and trend analysis across the company's project portfolio. In addition, they delivered documentation detailing the data structure and reporting workflows.
