Zorix Lab

Zorix Lab was hired by a supply chain company working for Reliance Industries to develop a custom software for vendor management. The aim was to streamline vendor onboarding, compliance tracking and performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with established governance and procurement processes across India. Zorix Lab was chosen for their affordable pricing, good value for cost, and alignment with the company's values. The team of 2-5 employees from Zorix Lab was responsible for end-to-end design and development of the software, including requirement analysis, stakeholder consultations, business process mapping, system architecture design and development. The software was built to support various functions such as vendor onboarding, compliance verification, approval workflows, performance tracking and controlled access management. The deliverables included detailed requirement and process documentation, a validated system workflow and data model, the developed vendor management application configured to enterprise standards, user role and access definitions, testing and validation reports, and deployment readiness artifacts. The project also included client review sessions, knowledge transfer, and support for transition into operational use. The software developed by Zorix Lab has greatly improved transparency, reduced operational risk and ensured consistent execution of procurement processes across business units in India.
