Zone24x7 Inc. was hired by Macy's Systems and Technology to develop device monitoring and management software for their handheld device fleet, as well as custom software for their Price Checker Kiosks. The goal was to provide a reliable remote management solution for over 30,000 devices and ensure a consistent user experience on the kiosks. Zone24x7 developed the software for the kiosks and the management software that enabled remote updates to the software and firmware of the device fleet. Their team also conducted quality assurance testing and worked closely with Macy's team to understand and document requirements. The project was delivered on time, thanks to the effective project management by Zone24x7. The team comprised of approximately ten members, including Architects, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance professionals.
