Zone24x7 Inc. was contracted by Macy's Systems and Technology to develop device monitoring and management software for the retail giant. The primary aim of the project was to deliver a remote device management solution for Macy's fleet of over 30,000 Win CE devices. Additionally, Zone24x7 was tasked with developing consistent software for the retailer's price checker kiosks to ensure a stable customer experience. Zone24x7's team, which included architects, software engineers, and QA professionals, successfully developed the software for the kiosks and the management software for remotely updating the Win CE devices' software and firmware. The team also conducted QA testing to ensure an excellent user experience and worked closely with the Macy's team to understand and document the project requirements. The efficient project management ensured that all features were split into clear milestones and delivered on time.
