Zola Consulting was hired by Business Enterprise Institute (BEI), a company that provides professional advisors with tools, training, and a framework for delivering business and exit planning services. BEI sought Zola's expertise to define and standardize their entire sales funnel, align KPIs and reporting across all teams, and automate several processes. Zola Consulting provided end-to-end revenue alignment, CRM and automation excellence, data reporting and visibility, and systems integration and centralized data. All these were implemented within HubSpot, MailJet, Dripify, and connected via Zapier. The engagement, which started in October 2025, is ongoing and has been cost-effective for BEI.
In another project, Zola Consulting was engaged by Arvig, a telecommunications company, to modify their Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud instances for better lead and campaign tracking. Zola conducted a full system audit, provided recommendations for updates and changes, built a Sales Cloud campaign, and assisted in upgrading forms and processes on Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
