Zivtech

Zivtech undertook a project for Lynchburg College, a private liberal arts college in Virginia, to upgrade their outdated proprietary platform to a new Drupal based one. The company had to navigate through 11,000 pages of messy back-end fixes. Zivtech was praised for their adherence to their estimates of time and money, providing a much better website than expected. They also offered on-site training and continued support for the college's web team. The project started in July 2012 and was completed by August or September of the same year.

Zivtech was selected by a nonprofit foundation to create an online grant-making portal. The foundation, which gives money to academic research areas and religious activities, wanted to transition from a paper-based system to an electronic one. Zivtech was responsible for the design and implementation of the technical side of the project, including information architecture, project management, testing, deployment, and ongoing support and maintenance. The project, which started in 2009, has cost the foundation approximately $500,000 over the years.

Carilion Clinic, a nonprofit healthcare organization, hired Zivtech for various web development projects, including support for a redesign web project and enhancing web functionality. Zivtech played a pivotal role in setting up the whole Drupal site for the clinic, training staff, and helping build the site from scratch. The cost of the projects ranged from $10,000 to $47,000, depending on the complexity of the work. The clinic praised Zivtech for their support and willingness to help whenever needed.
