Zimalab was hired by the Shoe Hospital Corporation, North America's largest shoe repair business, to replace its outdated repair tracking system. The new system was designed to track customer history, repair distribution types, and employee performance. The project was deployed on a scalable framework usable on PCs and tablets, with key deliverables including ticket tracking, a dashboard for employees, inventory management, and CMS integration. Zimalab was chosen after a careful selection process involving over 30 potential vendors, standing out for its understanding of the project's goals and past performance. The project was coordinated through a single project manager who ensured clear and consistent communication.

For the UK-based fintech company, TradeRadius, Zimalab was hired to design and develop a sophisticated trading platform. The platform, while not a web app, offers similar functionalities and features tailor-made for each subscriber. It provides personalized trading recommendations based on pre-built algorithms, educational sections, a news page, and a chat function. Zimalab was chosen from a shortlist of ten potential vendors on Upwork, based on detailed discussions and their proposed language for the build. The project, which began in May 2021 and was launched in May 2022, cost between $30,000 and $40,000.

Zimalab was contracted by an online educational marketplace to revamp its platform. The project entailed a complete site redesign, a change in the business model, and the implementation of new account features. Zimalab was chosen from a shortlist on Upwork, based on their reviews and experience with the Symfony framework. The project spanned two years, with Zimalab implementing a complete redesign of the branding colors, redesigning the messaging process, implementing a video gallery for tutors, allowing teacher and organization registration, designing profile badges, integrating social links, and redesigning the layout of profile pages and all account pages. The project was managed by two project managers and two developers.
