ZGM Modern Marketing Partners was hired by Distress Centre Calgary, a charitable organization that provides 24/7 crisis support, in partnership with the Calgary Police Service, to launch a campaign highlighting the difference between 911 and 211. The campaign was aimed at redirecting non-emergency calls from 911 to 211, a service that connects people to community and government resources. ZGM was selected for the project due to their previous successful collaborations and their understanding of the subject. The campaign was a mass awareness project that utilized TV, radio, online content, social media, and search engine marketing, with a particular emphasis on reaching marginalized populations and a multicultural audience. The campaign has been executed in two phases as more funding became available and now includes digital billboards. Throughout the project, ZGM's Account Manager maintained smooth operations and facilitated meetings with their creative and media teams.
