Zevonix

Zevonix was engaged by Moline Electric Motor & Machine, Inc. with the specific objective of replacing their existing IT services company, rectifying challenges that were seemingly insurmountable for their previous provider and notably, upgrading their security. The primary factors contributing to Zevonix being appointed to this project were their proximity to the client's location, budget-appropriate pricing, good value for cost and alignment with company values.

The scope of this project was entirely focused on Network Administration & Infrastructure Management. The work included ensuring stable and secure network operations, resolving network outages and connectivity problems, and conducting consistent security monitoring. Additionally, the Zevonix team was instrumental in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving complications with email, printing, the internet, and applications, and providing both remote and onsite technical assistance.

The project was successfully implemented by a single employee from Zevonix. The results of this partnership were positive, with the Director of Operations from Moline Electric Motor & Machine, Inc. providing positive feedback on the flexibility and effectiveness of Zevonix's efforts. The project not only met but exceeded the company's initial objectives, establishing Zevonix as a trusted IT support resource capable of tackling demanding problems and providing comprehensive IT services.
