The ZestIQ team handled the full development lifecycle, which included building core modules implement in iterative sprints, setting up the server architecture and environment, performing rigorous testing, and final deployment of the solution. They also ensured nothing was shipped to production untested. Each stage of development concluded with a thorough review of the working builds to ensure a flawless final product.
Post-delivery, ZestIQ continued monitoring and stabilizing the production, providing essential technical documentation, and transferring knowledge to Brainy HR. This project showcased ZestIQ's capabilities to handle a full lifecycle of software development, from the design prototype to live production.
