The goal was to ensure maximum functionality on an old backend architecture and continue building new functions to meet contract obligations. ZERF's team, which included a project manager, product manager, full stack engineer, QA, and UX/UI, held daily stand-ups to ensure alignment and approval at necessary stages.

The project involved finishing the development of a web application focused on video content for consumers, creating a mobile app reusing the web app's code base as much as possible, and creating a custom native player for the videos to be played in the mobile app. The project was handled by 2-5 employees from ZERF.
