ZERF

ZERF, a technology services company, partnered with a digital health company based in Edinburgh, Scotland, to create a mental health-focused mobile app. The app, designed for iOS and Android, promotes conscious thinking and reflection for users and provides stakeholders with actionable insights. This project involved consistent collaboration with ZERF, who provided an array of resources, including designers, developers, and product managers. The result was a set of long-term deliverables, features, and functions that are innovative, attractive, and user-friendly.

In a separate project, ZERF was hired by a luxury travel and media company for the development of a landing page. The goal was to ensure maximum functionality on an archaic backend architecture and to continue building new functions to meet contract obligations. A project and product manager, full-stack engineer, QA, and UX/UI from ZERF worked on the project. The team held daily stand-ups to maintain alignment and ensure necessary approvals, resulting in a successful project completion.

ZERF was contracted by Boutique Homes, a homeowners networking organization, to rewrite a legacy software system. The prior system was in poor condition and required a comprehensive overhaul. ZERF developed a new back-end, as well as admin and supplier portals. The tech stack used was NodeJS, with NestJS for the backend framework, and NextJS for the UI portals. This project involved a project manager, two backend developers, and a UI portal developer from ZERF. The result was a complete and successful transformation of the organization's system.
