Zenveus was engaged by a SaaS platform owner to assist with backend AWS development, a task the client felt less proficient in. Zenveus delivered by first helping with infrastructure design, working with AWS, REST API, and AWS Lambda. They then proceeded to connect Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with an external service to enable database storage. They also assisted with MongoDB and Amazon SNS development, creating an API-based backend infrastructure that communicates with the frontend. The client had provided a detailed project flow diagram and four user stories for various scenarios which Zenveus used as their model. The team included the two CEOs, a lead engineer, a secondary engineer, and five other teammates. The project, which began in July 2020, has largely been completed with Zenveus currently dealing with any remaining bugs and issues. The client invested $1,000 in this project.
