Highlights from Recent Projects
Zennex Consulting worked on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system development project for the Vonisha Service Foundation. The foundation supports socioeconomically disadvantaged communities within Bengaluru, equipping them with adequate resources, skills, and knowledge. The project's primary objective was to digitize school operations entirely, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance teacher productivity.
Zennex Consulting was selected for this project due to a referral, and a team of 2-5 experts was involved in the assignment. The team's scope of work involved designing a custom ERP system to streamline operations, including human resources, finance, and basic file management. Additionally, the system aimed to organize internal and external communications and gather crucial stakeholder data.
The project resulted in a unified platform that fully digitized and centralized the foundation's systems and processes. The final product integrated with the existing tools such as Google Suite and WhatsApp communications and served a critical role in enhancing transparency, accountability, and student outcomes. The project also aimed to constitute a scalable, replicable model for the education sector, signifying its future potential.
