Zenitech

Zenitech was hired by Addison Lee, a global private-hire taxi and transport service, for the end-to-end development of their consumer app. The project aimed to deliver strategic initiatives, improve app performance and stability, and increase bookings. Zenitech was selected based on a colleague's recommendation and their reputation for delivering quality work. The team, consisting of a scrum master, android developers, iOS developers, and QA testers, worked in two-week sprints. They delivered UX enhancements, security enhancements, performance enhancements, and conducted automated and unit testing, releasing 1-2 new features on the app each month.

B2see Video Ltd, a company that provides video marketing communication solutions, engaged Zenitech for mobile application development. The goal was to develop iOS and Android applications that could serve their purpose and support the company's expansion plans. Zenitech was selected based on word-of-mouth recommendations and their high regard in the industry. The project involved specifying requirements, finding the best technical solutions, testing, refining, and moving through the development stages. The team, consisting of two developers, a project manager, and design and UI/UX teams, worked on a project-by-project basis.

Cadonix, a cloud-based SaaS CAD provider, hired Zenitech to support their cloud infrastructure. The ongoing project aimed to gain more control over the cloud infrastructure and ensure transparency and value. The project involved implementing a specialized system for 24-hour infrastructure for AWS and monitoring availability, loading, and costs. The team, consisting of two members from each side, worked in partnership to optimize all work.
