Zendbox was entrusted by Ringtons, a tea and coffee brand, to handle their fulfillment services in order to save management time and resources. The scope of the project included picking, packing, and storing products. The collaboration started in November 2022 and is still ongoing. Ringtons came across Zendbox online and decided to work with them due to the good relationship they had developed. The Zendbox team consisted of three members, with Zoe from Customer Success being the main contact.

A pet nutrition e-commerce company engaged with Zendbox to facilitate the dispatch of orders to their customers and provide tools for multi-channel selling. The company found Zendbox through an online search and chose them based on a referral. The project involved setting up a European counterpart for growth and shipping to customers with late cutoff times. The team from Zendbox assigned to this project was comprised of 2-5 employees.

Ninju World, a direct-to-consumer health and wellness products company, hired Zendbox to ensure on-time delivery, provide excellent service, and handle storage. The company found Zendbox through a referral. The scope of Zendbox's work involved fulfillment services for Ninju World's direct-to-consumer website and managing their business-to-business orders. The project was carried out by a team of 2-5 employees from Zendbox.
