Highlights from Recent Projects
ZenBit Tech was contracted by a healthcare compliance and consulting company to develop a digital product for managing quality and regulatory documentation. The project began with a discovery stage that involved preparing necessary product documentation and technical specifications. ZenBit then proceeded to create wireframes based on high-fidelity design during the UX/UI stage. The first MVP version of the product was delivered and the project is currently in the stage of new integrations. The team from ZenBit included a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Tech Lead, Front-End and Back-End Developers, and Manual and Automation QAs.
In another project, ZenBit worked with a software development company to build a mobile app and administration panel for storing vaccination records and providing personalized travel recommendations. ZenBit started with wireframes and created stories/flows which were then developed into a full cross-platform solution for iOS and Android. They also provided guidance on security aspects to ensure the product was secure and regulation-compliant. The ZenBit team included a project manager, UI/UX designers, frontend and backend developers, and manual and automation QA.
ZenBit was also hired by a MedTech startup to develop a software solution for remote diagnostics using a proprietary medical device. The goal was to upgrade and scale the initial POC, making it compliant with HIPAA regulations and ready for production. The solution was designed to integrate with existing EHR/EMR systems. ZenBit's team for this project included a Tech Lead, two Full-stack developers, AQA, and a Project manager. The team successfully delivered a more solid and scalable product.
