The client, who has been in the recruiting and staffing sector since 1982, felt that their 20-year-old website no longer accurately represented their current services and markets. After researching numerous local companies and those recommended by affiliates, the client chose Zen Small Biz due to their understanding of the client's objectives for the website and the services they wanted to highlight. The project involved several meetings and idea exchanges, leading to a concept that the client felt fitted their needs. The client then provided Zen Small Biz with rough drafts of the content they wanted to feature and information about the evolution of their business. Fine-tuning of the services and overall layout continued until both parties were satisfied. The client's main point of contact throughout the project was the owner of Zen Small Biz, Elyse.
