Highlights from Recent Projects
Zagaran Software was contracted by a pharmaceutical logistics company to create a user-friendly e-commerce website. The goal was to allow users to understand the company's brand and its unique selling points. Zagaran worked closely with the company's IT department, using some code from the previous website but largely starting from scratch. They added video capabilities, a newsletter subscription link, and incorporated Google Maps and other trucking activities into the platform. This allowed users to find docking stations. They also provided the customer relations department with direct email access to the website. The project was completed between August and November 2020.
Zagaran Software was hired by a staffing company, ALKU, to build a user-facing application to manage a subset of their sales pipeline. The team was found through a referral and past experience working with them. The scope of work included building an end-to-end web application for internal use at ALKU. Key deliverables included a frontend to create and manage sales pipelines, a calendar view to track upcoming milestones and pipeline-related events, and the ability to attach candidates to open pipelines. The backend was set up for further expansion of other subsets of ALKU's sales pipeline.
The Massachusetts Commission for the Blind hired Zagaran Software to build an accessible data dashboard. The agency found Zagaran through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts procurement process. The dashboard was designed to display statistics about the agency as part of their commitment to enhancing transparency. The primary goal of the design was to ensure full accessibility for legally blind residents of the Commonwealth. The project was completed with a team of 2-5 Zagaran employees.
