YUX Design was contracted by SUITE, a company that develops mobile applications for small and mid-sized businesses in Senegal, to improve the user experience of their food delivery apps. The apps had been underperforming, and after conducting user surveys, SUITE identified that the user experience could be drastically improved. YUX Design was brought in to redesign and optimize the user experience of three different applications: a back-office for restaurants, a front office for clients to make orders, and an app for delivery personnel. They implemented improvements based on the initial surveys and delivered a prototype for user testing. The project, which lasted from March to August 2019, had a budget of $5,000 and involved a team of four people from YUX Design.
