YUX Design was engaged by SUITE, a company that develops mobile applications for small and mid-sized businesses in Senegal, to improve the user experience of their food delivery applications. YUX Design was tasked with optimizing the food ordering and tracking processes of these apps, which had been largely unsuccessful upon launching. The team, comprising of a UX lead, a junior developer, a senior developer, and a project manager, redesigned and optimized the UX of the platform, working on three different applications: a back-office for restaurants, a front office where clients can make orders, and an app for people making deliveries. They conducted multiple iterations for customer feedback and made improvements based on an initial survey conducted by SUITE. The engagement, which lasted from March to August 2019, cost SUITE $5,000.
