YUJ Designs was hired by a leading automotive manufacturing company in Asia to develop a UX design for a connected electric vehicle. The goal was to create a product that would resonate with the uniqueness and novelty of the physical product, and eventually become the highest selling electric vehicle in India. The project involved creating an app that would allow users to interact with the vehicle remotely. YUJ Designs utilized a team of 6-8 people for this project, resulting in a successful product that met the client's expectations.

The company also worked with Eureka Forbes Ltd, a provider of health and safety solutions for homes and offices, to design and develop a customer service app. The app was primarily focused on water purifiers but was designed to be scalable for future products. The project aimed to enable a self-service model for aftermarket service, simplify service scheduling, and improve customer service. The team comprised of 10 members including a design director, project director, technology director, UX and VX designer, Android Developer, IOS developer and a QA team. The project was successful, meeting the client's objectives and providing a seamless user experience.

Furthermore, YUJ Designs was engaged by an online e-commerce platform selling commercial vehicle spare parts to design a complete end-to-end UI/UX solution. The goal was to improve customer service by accurately capturing customer requirements. The project involved designing the front end customer interface, channel partner interface, and company interface. The project was complex, involving the integration of various systems and APIs. YUJ Designs deployed a team of 6-7 resources for this project, resulting in a comprehensive solution that met the client's needs.
