YUJ Designs was hired by Eureka Forbes Ltd. to design and develop a customer service app primarily for water purifiers. The goal was to create a self-service model to reduce the load on the call center and to enhance customer service. The app was designed to be scalable to adapt to other product categories in the future. YUJ Designs developed the app using robust mobile technology for seamless user experience. The project team consisted of ten members including a design director, project director, technology director, UX and VX designer, Android developer, IOS developer, and a QA team.
The largest automotive manufacturing company in Asia engaged YUJ Designs for the UX research, design, and development of a connected electric vehicle solution. The aim was to create a digital product that would complement the physical product. The project involved creating an app that would allow users to interact with the vehicle remotely and intuitively. The team at YUJ Designs consisted of 6-8 people, with more working behind the scenes.
YUJ Designs was hired by an automotive company to design the UI/UX for their online e-commerce platform selling commercial vehicle spare parts. The goal was to better capture customer requirements and improve service.
