The company's VP, with over thirty years of industry experience, sought to automate inventory monitoring and damage control. Yugasa built a system that utilized various sensors and cameras to continuously monitor warehouse conditions, with the data accessible on mobile tablets for human agents. The project was deemed successful, with the client praising Yugasa's understanding of their requirements and their ability to deliver a custom solution. The team of 10-12 members, including designers, developers, QA and project managers, was praised for their dedication and expertise.

In another project, Yugasa Software Labs was hired by LetMapIt, a brand dedicated to helping offline businesses establish an online presence. The co-founder of LetMapIt required an O2O hyperlocal marketplace app that would allow offline retailers to reach potential buyers in their vicinity. The app was designed to send notifications of deals to customers within a 2km radius of registered merchants. Yugasa's team of four, consisting of web, Android, iOS developers, and a Frontend Developer/Designer/Tester, developed the platform using NodeJS, Android SDK, and SWIFT.

Delta Solutions, a company that manufactures heavy-duty cleaning machines, hired Yugasa Software Labs to develop a desktop and mobile app. The co-founder of Delta Solutions wanted to automate repetitive tasks such as payment collections and customer support. Yugasa developed a desktop application compatible with Windows and Mac OS using ElectronJS technology. The application allowed customers to rent machines, purchase service equipment and cleaning solutions, and pay online. The team of five, including a PHP Developer, ElectronJS Developer, UI/UX designer, QA Professional, and a Project Manager, received positive feedback for their work.
