Yotalabs collaborated with Werner Enterprises, a national transportation services company, to develop an internal product software for tracking deliveries. The project involved building a proof of concept, an MVP, and the full-service stage of production using JavaScript, Angular, NodeJS, and SQL database. A mobile version of the application was also developed in Android. Yotalabs and Werner Enterprises jointly worked on the UI designs and wireframes, with Yotalabs handling the actual code writing. An AI module involving machine learning was also initiated, planned for implementation in future scaling phases. The project team consisted of seven software engineers and one project manager. The engagement, which started in October 2018, has so far cost between $200,000–$300,000.

In another project, Yotalabs augmented the core team of TransSoftGroup, a firm that outsources software engineering services. The project involved development support for multiple projects, including a medical project that analyzed DNA from blood tests to identify predispositions to medical conditions. Yotalabs developed a neural network using Python TensorFlow and Keras machine learning frameworks to analyze the aggregated data. Another ongoing project involved building a smart cargo loading software for the airline industry, using AI to determine the best stacking solutions. The team comprised three software engineers and two managers. The engagement, which started in May 2018, has cost around $130,000, with an hourly rate of $50–$80.
