Beyond Definition was hired by a global non-profit organization to refresh their brand and website. The project, which lasted over two years, began with a brand discovery phase involving multiple workshops and interviews. This resulted in a new brand guide and illustration style recommendations. The website redesign also started with a discovery phase, leading to a comprehensive strategy that advised on architecture, features, functions, and content tone/voice. Beyond Definition designed wireframes, page designs, and custom graphics, working with the organization up to the website's launch. They also provided an authorship guide and worked on numerous collateral, predominantly research briefings. The project involved at least seven members from Beyond Definition, including senior leadership and core team members.

Beyond Definition was contracted by Orases, a custom software development company, for a complete rebranding. The company, which had evolved significantly since its establishment in 2000, needed a new brand identity. Beyond Definition refreshed the company's logo, tagline, marketing efforts, messaging, and advertising, focusing on the overall branding strategy. They continue to support Orases in executing various elements and meet quarterly to discuss market strategy, messaging, and advertising efforts. The project involved about eight people from Beyond Definition, including strategists and copywriters. The engagement, which began in January 2018, is ongoing.

Byline Inc., an editorial services company, partnered with Beyond Definition to produce a quarterly magazine for one of their clients. The publication, ranging from 64 to 90 pages per issue, required intense design treatment for certain articles. Beyond Definition worked on the longer-form feature articles, designing and placing them on the page using InDesign. They also occasionally researched and provided images for the articles. The design and production of the entire magazine took about three weeks. The partnership, which started in April 2010, is ongoing and involves a project manager, senior account executive, senior art director, and art director from Beyond Definition.
