Yellow was engaged by SumatoSoft, a custom software development company, to develop an AI-driven customer support system. The goal was to enhance customer experience by reducing response times and improving solution accuracy. Yellow was chosen for their cost-effectiveness and was found through the Clutch Site. They built a custom AI model that integrated seamlessly with SumatoSoft's existing CRM and communication platforms. The team of 2-5 Yellow employees immersed themselves in the project requirements and ensured a successful implementation.

Yellow collaborated with Pynest LTD, a Python development company specializing in AI-related services, on a computer vision project. Yellow was hired for their strong Python/AI expertise and experience in building similar solutions. They were tasked to support the development, training, and optimization of an AI-powered image classification system.
