YarMobile was hired by a local pest control company in the south region of Romania to develop a custom platform to manage their daily activities. The company was struggling with customer service and data entry, which were previously handled through multiple Excel documents and an unstable legacy management solution. YarMobile designed and developed a Laravel-based online platform, providing support and mockups throughout the collaboration. The new platform significantly reduced processing time, improving the day-to-day operations of the company. The project was managed by a core team of two from YarMobile, including a project manager and a senior developer, with additional resources being brought in as needed.

A software development company providing tools for real estate agencies selected YarMobile to develop a new platform with four panel types for selling real estate via auctions. YarMobile was chosen from four vendors due to their competitive pricing and extensive experience with significant Polish companies. The project began with several kick-off meetings, followed by the creation of a detailed list of functionalities for each panel. The client was in constant contact with an online project manager from YarMobile, with two additional team members working on the project.
