Yardstick Technologies Inc. was hired by Polytubes, a manufacturing company, to undertake security, IP, and MFA upgrades. The project also included routine replacement of out-of-warranty and obsolete computers. Yardstick implemented MFA for all users to prevent fraudulent activities and set up folder redirection for all users for data safety. The project also involved the deployment of new laptops and printers. Yardstick's team, including a VCIO and Technical Account Manager, worked closely with Polytubes and were praised for their reliability, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.

For a power generator distributing agency, Yardstick Technologies Inc. was selected to manage their growing IT support needs across multiple locations. The agency chose Yardstick after interviewing four different IT providers, citing their capacity to grow, good knowledge and skills, and ability to respond to service requests promptly as deciding factors. The project involved the virtualization of the dealership's Edmonton data center, which included the installation of three new servers, a large SAN for data storage, a move to VMWare vSphere, and the installation of new firewall and switches.
