YARCHE was hired by Maresto Ukraine LLC, a kitchen equipment manufacturer, to create a new private label brand with the objective of increasing profitability and attracting new clients. The project was intended to position Maresto as a leader in the professional kitchen tools market in its price category. YARCHE was chosen because of its cultural fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. The YARCHE team, consisting of 6-10 employees, began by visiting an industrial exhibition of kitchen equipment to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Maresto's competitors. They then interviewed 20 chefs in different types of kitchens to understand their journey of choosing professional inventory. Based on their findings, YARCHE presented a unique positioning, naming, brand identity, and features that would enhance the customer experience. They also developed a communication plan and organized a presentation of the newly developed brand to Maresto's team and dealers.
