The intention was to make Maresto a leader in their price category within the professional kitchen tools market. YARCHE was chosen due to its cultural fit, cost-value, and alignment with Maresto's company values. The YARCHE team, consisting of 6-10 employees, carried out thorough market research, including attending an industrial exhibition and conducting interviews with 20 chefs. They used their findings to shape a unique brand identity, including positioning, naming, and features intended to enhance the customer experience. In addition, YARCHE created a communication plan and arranged a presentation of the new brand, Reednee, to Maresto's team and dealers. The project was successful, and Maresto expressed satisfaction with YARCHE's work.
