Y5 Creative was hired by ALIGN Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm, to create a new website, assist with SEO, and create and post monthly blogs. The firm found Y5 Creative through a referral and was drawn to the company due to its high ratings, affordable pricing, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. Y5 Creative's team, consisting of 2-5 employees, focused on differentiating the firm from other recruiting companies through the ongoing website creation. The team also increased the frequency of blog posts from monthly to weekly and provided testimonials and case studies of the firm's recruitment efforts.

James Luxury Rentals, a luxury cottage rental company, hired Y5 Creative for a complete rebrand and website development. The Y5 Creative team, led by its founder and CEO, started from scratch as the company only had a logo. They presented around 10 logo options, which were narrowed down to one after three rounds of revisions. The team was found on Google and was selected for their combined design and development agency services and affordable cost. The project, which cost between $12,000–$15,000 CAD, was completed from July to September 2022.

Changepain Medical & Allied Health Clinic engaged Y5 Creative to simplify the communication process, provide a comprehensive summary of their services, help patients navigate health services based on their funding accessibility, and create an online presence that matches the clinic's calm, bright, clean nature inspired space. The team at Y5 Creative conducted a comprehensive survey and interview process to understand the clinic's goals and the breadth of services. They provided multiple ideas from prior projects and other sites to help achieve the clinic's goals. The team worked closely with the clinic on messaging, the UX/UI, visual feel, and branding assets, and launched the project the day before the clinic's Grand Opening on Leap Year Day 2024.
