The agency, with 38 branches globally and over 1200 clients, needed a system to streamline the flow of information between regional managers, branch managers, and country heads. The project was urgent, as a new policy had already been implemented that required alignment with the new system. Xtreme Design House was chosen for their thorough understanding of the problem and their detailed report on the necessary fixes. They delivered frontend designs for the CRM within two weeks, a feat that impressed the entire department. The CRM, which consisted of around 38 pages, was developed using AngularTS technology for the frontend and C and Python for the backend.
