Xperience Design was hired by Págalo, a financial integration service provider, to improve their customer experience through the expertise of their Service Design team, UX and UI specialists. The project began with Xperience validating the customer needs and conducting both national and international benchmarks of process, product, and UX design. This research informed the design of Págalo's final offer, which included concept development, workflow design, and UX and UI design. The project was executed with the assistance of six dedicated resources and two part-time consultants from Xperience. The choice of Xperience as a vendor was influenced by their proven track record and expertise in designing from concept to UI. The project was successful and the Págalo team was satisfied with the results.
