xFlex

xFlex was hired by JoyTaxi, a taxi company based in Varna, to redesign their company website and develop a mobile application. The goal was to modernize the digital experience for their customers, improve the website loading speed, and offer a user-friendly experience. xFlex was chosen due to a referral and alignment of company values. The team of 6-10 employees from xFlex was tasked with the complete development of the web platform and mobile application, which included planning, UI/UX optimization, front-end and back-end development, and ongoing support.

The key deliverables from xFlex included a fully redesigned company website built on WordPress with a modern layout, improved structure, and optimized loading speed. The website was made mobile-responsive and tailored specifically for taxi service users. A custom mobile application was developed for both iOS and Android, introducing a unique feature in the city - fixed-price ride booking system. The app also offered real-time order management, a user-friendly interface with clear ride information, and a secure login and customer profile section.

xFlex also integrated key functionalities into the platforms like a price calculator with fixed-rate logic, driver and ride management tools, automated email/SMS notifications, and analytics and tracking setup. Branding and UX improvements were made to align the visuals with JoyTaxi's identity and simplify the booking flow to reduce user friction. Technical optimization was carried out for performance improvements and an SEO-friendly structure. The team at xFlex provided ongoing maintenance and fast support to ensure the smooth operation of the platform. The project resulted in a fast, reliable, and modern digital experience for JoyTaxi's customers.
