Xcelacore provided them with scalable solutions through staff augmentation, integrating an auto reconciliation platform into ERP systems and implementing features such as payment collection. The team consisted of a lead architect, two analysts, and four developers on retainer. The ongoing partnership, which started in November 2019, has seen an investment of around $300,000 to $500,000 annually.

Xcelacore partnered with Graymont Medical, a surgical device company, to help automate the company's manual processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The surgical device company found Xcelacore through a business connection and engaged them in October 2020. Xcelacore analyzed the company's goals during a discovery phase and came up with a requirements document before moving to the development phase. They used UIPath to automate the company's manual processes and continued to the testing phase. The team comprised a key account executive, project manager, and developers. This ongoing partnership has seen an investment of less than $50,000.
