Xantrion

Xantrion was engaged by a financial services institution to enhance collaboration, accessibility of business information, and improve security and compliance. The company was chosen for its proximity to the client's location, affordability, culture fit and value for cost. The project team, consisting of 6-10 employees, migrated the client's legacy network shares to SharePoint, enhancing accessibility, security and collaboration across the organization. Xantrion proactively identified and resolved potential migration challenges, ensuring a seamless transition. They also designed the SharePoint environment to align with the client's needs, implemented branding and compliance policies, and provided comprehensive training resources and ongoing support. The client was pleased with the results, noting that SharePoint has become an intuitive and reliable platform for their team.

In another project, Xantrion was hired by MidPen Housing Corporation, a nonprofit organization, to modernize their infrastructure, enhance security and disaster recovery capabilities, and simplify operations. Xantrion relocated all server workloads from a legacy data center to Microsoft Azure, configured the Azure environment, tested system performance, and executed the production migration within a planned outage window. Post-migration, Xantrion provided stabilization support, updated documentation, and facilitated knowledge transfer to the client's internal IT team. The project was successful and delivered key results including a fully configured Azure infrastructure, successful migration of all production workloads, updated operational documentation, and a smooth transition of support responsibilities.

Regency Investment Advisors, a financial advisory services company, engaged Xantrion to implement a modern intranet solution using Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. The project aimed to enhance collaboration, streamline document sharing, and improve internal communication across all departments. Xantrion conducted a comprehensive evaluation of existing collaboration tools, developed a SharePoint/Teams design strategy, built SharePoint sites, migrated data from existing file shares to SharePoint, and deployed OneDrive. They also provided training and support to the client's team. The project was successful, and the client was pleased with the new features, functionality, and improved collaboration and communication capabilities.
