XAM, an Australian firm, worked on the re-engineering of a coaching mobile application for 60 Seconds, a company focused on developing an app aimed at enhancing communication skills. The decision to switch to a local service provider was influenced by the need for in-person collaboration and incorporation of customer feedback. XAM used Xamarin architecture to develop an Android app with tri-region capabilities across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific Region. They successfully navigated Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure seamless interaction between the app and the backend server. The project, which began in September 2014, involved a team comprising a product manager, a chief developer, a backend developer, and an app designer. The project is still ongoing and so far, 60 Seconds has invested between $300,000–$500,000 AUD ($230,463–$384,105 USD) in the project.
