X-ONE

X-ONE was hired by Grupa WEBA, a global manufacturer and distributor of natural gas equipment, to create a custom IT solution for effective production management. This system was designed to streamline both office and production processes, including time registration, work schedules, and the daily assignment of orders. The solution integrated various areas critical to the business such as an ERP-class system, cells and robotic production lines, a documentation repository, label printers, and a B2B platform. As a result, the time spent on activities such as valuation and preparation of offers or generating documentation was significantly reduced.

In another project, X-ONE was contracted by Banieczka S.A., the largest network of self-service car washes in Poland, to develop a dedicated warehouse management system, a PWA application for car wash management, and a system to estimate car wash income based on weather forecasts. The warehouse management system was designed to handle the unique challenges of liquid management and integrated seamlessly with the company's existing ERP system. The mobile PWA application improved communication workflows between carriers, car wash managers, and administration, allowing for easy inventory management and order placement.

Dalmec Poland, a manufacturer of industrial manipulators, engaged X-ONE to create a Configurator for their basic products. The Dalmec Manipulator Configurator is a digital tool designed to assist users, potential customers, and distributors in defining and selecting the most suitable manipulator solution for specific material handling needs. The configurator streamlined the quotation process, improved accuracy, and enhanced customer experience through guided selection and automatic generation of technical and commercial documentation. The project resulted in a reduction in quotation preparation time by 50%, an accuracy rate of configurations of over 95%, an increase in the number of leads, and positive feedback from distributors and customers regarding usability.
