X-ONE

X-ONE collaborated with Grupa WEBA, a global natural gas equipment manufacturing and distribution company, to create a custom IT solution to streamline office and production processes. The project involved designing a time registration and work schedule system and creating a program to optimize daily order assignment based on hierarchy, time, and available resources. The result was a system that integrated various business areas, such as an ERP-class system, cells and robotic production lines, a documentation repository, label printers, and a B2B platform. The client reported that the system's automation significantly reduced the time spent on many activities, such as valuation and preparation of offers or generating documentation.

In a project with Avenir Medical Poland, X-ONE designed and created a configurator for an online client to help them choose the best glasses. The company also developed a comprehensive e-commerce solution for the Family Optic brand, implementing an omnichannel strategy. They also created a solution that allows customers to try on every model and configuration of glasses from the offer, even if it is not physically available in a stationary store. The client was pleased with the results and continues to work with X-ONE for maintenance and new projects.

For Banieczka S.A., the largest network of self-service car washes in Poland, X-ONE created a dedicated warehouse management system that integrates with the ERP system. They also developed a dedicated PWA application for car wash management that integrates with the WMS. Additionally, X-ONE created a section in the system to support the estimation of car wash income based on weather forecasts and technology to measure the liquid level in barrels. The client appreciated the custom, intuitive Warehouse Management System and the mobile PWA application, which improved communication workflows between carriers, car wash managers, and administration.
