WTF Information Technology recently completed a comprehensive project with Morris Interactive, a consulting and learning services firm in Canada and the US. Morris Interactive required assistance in modernizing their digital event operations. The primary objective entailed developing a more integrated, user-friendly digital ecosystem, improving customer registration, and enhancing internal event management processes.

In undertaking this project, WTF Information Technology migrated Morris Interactive's website from Webflow to WordPress, ensuring a seamless transition of existing content and functionality. Apart from redesigning the website to improve usability and appearance, they also developed a new event registration and ticketing system using WooCommerce and FooEvents. This system replaced Eventbrite, enabling registrations to be managed directly on the website. Unique registration and checkout workflows were put in place, reflecting Morris Interactive's business processes while integrating with existing systems like Stripe, QuickBooks, and Pipedrive.

Consequently, the project's success was notable with Morris Interactive's digital ecosystem being undeniably modernized and streamlined. The customer registration process saw vast improvements, and internal event management workflows became more efficient. The transition from Eventbrite into the new platform was effectively achieved with WTF Information Technology's strong team. They were credited for their ongoing support throughout the project, from development to troubleshooting, testing, and implementing improvements.
