Works. Hungary Kft was hired by TV2 Media Group to redesign the UX/UI for their streaming platform, TV2 Play. The project was initiated through a tender and involved workshops, both in-person and online, to create the UX concept. After TV2's approval, Works. Hungary developed the detailed UX/UI design and business requirement specification for both the web and mobile app. A User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and a small crowd test were conducted before launching the platform. The team from Works. Hungary consisted of a project manager, two senior UX designers, and a UI designer.

Works. Hungary Kft partnered with Magyar Telekom LTD, the leading telecommunications company in Hungary, to improve customer satisfaction through customer journey testing and service design projects. Works. Hungary conducted qualitative research through in-depth interviews to identify concerns in digital identification. Workshops were held to discuss the main issues, followed by an online questionnaire to identify customer roles related to telco services. The research assisted in defining better customer journeys where identification is a key step. The team from Works. Hungary consisted of 2-5 employees.

Works. Hungary Kft was contracted by a financial services company to redesign their website to make it more user-friendly and sales-oriented. The process began with comprehensive market and customer research to identify current problems and opportunities. An ideal information architecture for the website was then defined, followed by the creation of wireframes which were validated with real customers. Finally, a pixel-perfect UI was created.
