Works. Hungary Kft was hired by TV2 Media Group to design the UX/UI for their streaming platform, TV2 Play. The project began with the creation of a UX concept through several workshops, both online and in-person. After TV2's approval, Works. Hungary developed a detailed UX/UI design and business requirement specification for both the web and mobile app. Before the platform went live, user acceptance testing and a small crowd test were conducted. The team from Works. Hungary consisted of a project manager, two senior UX designers, and a UI designer.

In another project, Works. Hungary Kft was employed by a Financial Services company to redesign their website. The goal was to make the site more user-friendly and sales-oriented. The team from Works. Hungary, which consisted of 2-5 employees, conducted comprehensive market and customer research to identify current problems and opportunities. They then defined the ideal information architecture for the website, made wireframes, and validated them with real customers. Finally, they created the pixel-perfect UI. Communication was mainly through virtual meetings, emails, or messaging apps.

Works. Hungary Kft was also engaged by Magyar Telekom LTD to enhance customer satisfaction through customer journey testing and service design projects. The team first conducted qualitative research with in-depth interviews to define the most important concerns in the digital identification topic. Based on the results, several workshops were held to elaborate on the main issues. Finally, an online questionnaire was created to identify customer roles related to telco services. The research helped to define better customer journeys where identification is a key step. The team from Works. Hungary consisted of 2-5 employees.
