Workiy

Workiy was enlisted by a healthcare organization in British Columbia to revamp their outdated website and transition it to the cloud. The project, which ran from December 2020 to December 2021, involved identifying a solid hosting solution, executing the entire website redesign, and incorporating key functionalities such as health information submission web forms and a Google Maps integration of all facilities within the region. The team was comprised of a business analyst, a technical project manager, software developers, QA and testing personnel, and deployment managers. The client praised Workiy for their quality UI/UX and customer service, investing around $200,000 in the project.

Workiy was hired by UA Local 170, a trade union representing workers in the piping industry, to troubleshoot, fix, and maintain their custom app and website. The app had several accessibility issues and lacked proper documentation, requiring Workiy's team of 2-5 employees to figure it out from scratch and resolve the problems. The client found Workiy through an online search and chose them over other candidates because of their high ratings. The project's key deliverable was ensuring the app was functional, and the client was pleased with the results.
