As part of its project portfolio, Wizardly successfully completed a significant project with Pathfinder, a top-notch consulting company. The primary goal was to refresh the Pathfinder website and create a robust, cohesive design system. This new visual identity would help Pathfinder to stand side by side with world-class companies. In addition, the design system intended to streamline Pathfinder's brand presence across client-facing presentations, ensuring consistency without requiring a fresh design for every deck.

Wizardly was chosen over other contenders for this project due to several advantages. High ratings, budget-friendly pricing, a great culture fit, and good value for cost were among the reasons. Moreover, Pathfinder also regarded that Wizardly's company values aligned with theirs. Additionally, Wizardly came highly recommended, which further elevated its credibility. To execute this endeavor, a small but skilled team of 2-5 employees from Wizardly was delegated.

The scope of work was comprehensive, including a full brand and website refresh with the creation of an updated logo, copywriting, and a thorough redesign of trustpathfinder.com. Wizardly didn't stop at the website refresh. They also created a design system utilized across all client-facing assets such as business development decks, content facilitation slides, workshop handouts, and a vast library of custom icons and assets. Hence, Wizardly's contributions have allowed Pathfinder to consistently create polished, on-brand materials quickly without needing a designer for every deck.
