Wise Monks

Wise Monks was hired by Lestena, a wholesale frozen fish trading company, to develop and implement an AI-driven sales assistant, Lestis AI. The goal was to automate client interactions and improve decision-making by integrating data from Lestena's ERP and CRM systems into a unified analytical framework. Additionally, Wise Monks was tasked with creating a scalable digital foundation for future B2B marketplace automation and intelligent logistics management. Wise Monks successfully developed and implemented Lestis AI, which included defining and refining business logic, integrating ERP and CRM data sources, creating automated client insight and sales recommendation modules, and establishing a scalable architecture for AI-based forecasting and negotiation management. Key deliverables included a functional prototype connected to Lestena's internal systems, workflow automation for sales managers, and an adaptive framework for future expansion into a full marketplace environment. The team from Wise Monks assigned to this project consisted of 2-5 employees. Lestena chose Wise Monks for their great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values.
