Wisalo

The firm Wisalo was hired by the CEO of Koud, an IT Recruitment and Staff Augmentation company. The main aim was to build a scalable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) capable of handling all recruitment stages in a single location, eliminating the need for manual methods and spreadsheets. The project also required the development of a multi-tenant SaaS product that offers a simple, efficient experience for recruiters and candidates alike.

Wisalo was discovered through a referral and chosen for their cost-effectiveness, alignment of company values, and positive corporate culture. A team of six to ten employees was assigned for this project. The scope of work involved the full-scale development of an ATS for Koud, from designing screen interfaces to its operation-ready release. The designed system was meant for internal usage as well as for commercial distribution as a SaaS product.

The result was a successful launch of the first version of the system. Koud was pleased with the pricing that fit their budget, the value they received, and the good cultural fit. Wisalo effectively met Koud's goals of designing, developing, and launching a sophisticated ATS product. Overall, the collaboration led to a robust Applicant Tracking System that tremendously reduced recruitment challenges while enhancing efficiency.
