Winged IT

Winged IT partnered with Refracted Security, a Belgian cybersecurity consultancy, to augment their staff for an EU-co-funded project. The company was tasked with sourcing a Frontend Developer and a Senior Fullstack Developer. Winged IT was chosen due to its proximity, cost-effective pricing, and value for money. They managed the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to interview coordination and final delivery of chosen candidates. The project was successfully executed with 2-5 employees from Winged IT.

In a second project, Winged IT was hired by Redpoint Cybersecurity to support their cybersecurity operations and assist with complex projects. The company needed a vendor with specialized expertise and a flexible approach to deliver high-level security solutions. Winged IT provided a team of 6-10 cybersecurity professionals who demonstrated strong results. They supported Redpoint’s projects by strengthening security architecture, responding to incidents, managing access controls, and detecting threats in real time. They also helped establish a proactive threat-hunting program, improve the overall security posture, and implement clear security policies and processes.

Lastly, Winged IT was engaged by a financial services company to recruit IT professionals across various domains for their Polish Tech Hub. The company aimed to recruit senior and mid-level engineers to initially serve in a staff augmentation model through Winged IT, and then join the company directly. Winged IT appointed a team of recruiters and managers who were well-versed in the Polish IT job market and had substantial experience implementing large-scale projects for global clients. As a result, they engaged several dozen Polish engineers for the company's projects, with selected individuals transitioning to work directly with the company. This successful ongoing collaboration continues to develop.
