WillowTree was engaged by a printer company for market research, design, and technical recommendations for a new product. The scope of their involvement included conducting market research based on the initial product concept, carrying out surveys and one-on-one interviews, and determining the market viability of the product. They also provided a conceptual design workflow and technical recommendations for the identity side, payment options, and the platform itself. Their comprehensive approach helped the client in making informed decisions about the new product development.

A leading credit union in the United States partnered with WillowTree for mobile app development and feature updates. WillowTree was responsible for designing all aspects of the mobile app, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and refining the designs based on client feedback. After approval of the designs, WillowTree moved into the development phase. The app, available on both iOS and Android, continues to be updated and improved by WillowTree. The successful ongoing partnership has resulted in an effective mobile app that enhances the credit union's digital customer experience.
