Willowcy

Willowcy was contracted by Para-Dise, a specialized e-commerce parapharmacy, to develop a complete e-commerce platform. Para-Dise wanted a user-friendly online store that sorts products by categories and enhances the overall shopping experience. In addition, they requested an efficient administrative system that allows the Para-Dise team to manage products, promotions, and content independently. Furthermore, a cash-on-delivery checkout process was to be incorporated to make the shopping experience even more seamless for the customers.

To meet the project's objectives, Willowcy provided 2-5 team members and took on several key tasks. The scope of work included business requirements analysis, brand identity definition, user experience design, and the construction of an online store and admin dashboard that is performance-oriented and user-friendly. Key deliverables included business study and requirement analysis, branding and visual identity, UI/UX design, e-commerce website development, a cash-on-delivery checkout system, an administrative dashboard, and performance optimization.

The project was successful and has significantly improved the online shopping experience for Para-Dise customers. It resulted in a highly organized e-commerce platform that is easy to navigate, fast, and secure. It has also simplified the management process for the Para-Dise team.
