Williams Whittle Associates Inc was commissioned by Virginia Hospital Center to run a promotional campaign for their clinical collaboration with Mayo Clinic. The marketing agency was tasked with distinguishing the hospital from its competitors and increasing patient volume in the OB/GYN service line. To achieve these goals, Williams Whittle produced annual multimedia awareness campaigns, handled media planning, buying, and reconciliation, and conducted consumer research to track Key Performance Indicators. The agency also created a pair of animated videos for the OB/GYN campaign, managed the media buy and coordinated social media ads and SEM/PPC work. The partnership, which began in 2013, continues to yield positive results.

In 2015, a nonprofit organization hired Williams Whittle to establish its brand and launch its operations. The agency developed the organization's logo, mission statement, and a website featuring a locator tool. They also prepared advertising plans and conducted market research to test messaging with different audiences. The collaboration has evolved over the years, with Williams Whittle continuing to provide ongoing support as the nonprofit grows and its needs change.

Williams Whittle was contracted by the Interfaith Council of Metropolitan Washington (IFC), a small nonprofit, to rebrand the organization for its 40th-anniversary celebration. The project involved conducting stakeholder research, designing campaign materials, producing a short video, creating a new logo, tagline, and hashtag, and making recommendations for website improvements. The agency also provided consultancy services. The project, which ran from June to November 2018, was successful and the agency continues to support the IFC.
