WillDom

WillDom was contracted by United Software Associates for an ERP implementation project for a cosmetic retailer client. The project, which ran from March 2014 to September 2015, involved automating financial, supply chain, and accounting processes using Microsoft Dynamics. A team of 10 from WillDom, including architects, developers, and a QA team, was instrumental in the successful completion of the project. The project was handed over to the customer after 18 months, with a total investment of around $1.8 million.

In a separate project, WillDom assisted a health and insurance services provider with a paradigm shift in their work sector. The company required WillDom's expertise in defining agile methodologies, restructuring their organizational chart, and strategizing on key projects. The vendor also provided high-quality human resources for the project. The collaboration involved 40 people from WillDom, who not only furnished the key roles but also participated in the inception of the project and product roadmap definitions.

WillDom also partnered with a fintech company based in Argentina, providing IT staff augmentation services. The company, struggling to find talent with specialized technology skills locally, relied on WillDom to source senior resources. WillDom helped hire six people in total, including expert mobile app developers, web developers with experience in Node.js, and cloud experts with experience in AWS. The total cost of the engagement, which started in November 2021, was around $200,000.
