WillDom

WillDom successfully completed an ERP implementation project for United Software Associates, a software development company. The project, which ran from March 2014 to September 2015, involved automating financial, supply chain, and accounting processes for a cosmetics retailer in Brazil. WillDom's team of 10, which included architects, developers, and a QA team, were instrumental in achieving this goal. The total investment for the project was around $1.8 million. The project was handed over to the customer after 18 months, indicating a successful completion.

In another project, WillDom was hired by a health and insurance services provider to assist in a paradigm shift in the sector. The company's involvement included defining agile methodologies, creating a new organizational chart, and approaching strategic projects. WillDom also provided high-quality human resources and participated in the inception of the project and product roadmap definitions. The project involved a team of 40 people from WillDom and resulted in a successful digital transformation at the company.

WillDom also partnered with a fintech company based in Argentina to augment their IT staff. The company was struggling to find talent with specialized technology skills in Argentina, so they hired WillDom to source senior resources. WillDom's team successfully found expert mobile app developers, web developers with experience in Node.js, and cloud experts with experience in AWS. A total of six resources were contracted through WillDom for a cost of around $200,000. The engagement started in November 2021 and has been successful so far.
